Fatma Banday DDS

Dr. Banday is a periodontist specializing in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of gum disease, as well as dental implants. Prior to pursuing her specialty training, she practiced as a general dentist for three years, gaining valuable experience in comprehensive patient care and developing a deep understanding of the connection between periodontal health and overall oral wellness.

Dr. Fatma Banday completed her Periodontology Residency at Rutgers University in New Jersey and is excited to bring her advanced training and expertise to patients here in San Antonio.

Coming from a family of dental professionals, Dr. Banday developed a passion for dentistry at an early age. This foundation has shaped her patient-centered philosophy of care, emphasizing compassion, communication, and trust. She believes that every patient deserves to feel heard, respected, and comfortable throughout their treatment journey. Dr. Banday takes time to explain treatment options clearly and work with each patient to develop a personalized plan that aligns with their goals and comfort level.

Outside the office, Dr. Banday enjoys spending time with her family, exploring San Antonio, and staying active with golf, yoga and ballet.
